We list free apps and check each file before publishing (a signature check against the developer's certificate where available, fake-screening, and a published checksum). We are a directory, not the developer of the apps we list.

3. Intellectual property

App names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Our own content, layout, and branding belong to APK Downly.

4. Copyright

We respect intellectual property and respond to valid takedown requests. Rights holders should see our DMCA policy.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, APK Downly is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or any downloaded file. See our disclaimer for detail.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established.
